I am currently working on my B.S. in Kinesiology and Physical Education. I am an ex-collegiate athlete that uses my past experience and passion for fitness to motivate my clients to accomplish their fitness goals. My approach to fitness emphasizes age-appropriate programming with a specific focus given to cardiovascular and strength training in combination with balance and flexibility training. I have a personal extensive background in strength conditioning, speed, endurance, and agility training that has all stemmed from my high school and college level football career. My years of training has allowed me to work with people pf all fitness levels from amateur athletes to working professionals.
