I am a certified personal trainer with eight years of experience. Eight years ago, I walked away from corporate America and my stressful career to follow my passion for health and fitness and to help women achieve their fitness goals. I am a wife, mother, and grandmother that has always had a love for fitness, and I have gone through weight struggles of my own, so I understand the work that it takes for women to maintain an overall healthy body. Some of my personal accomplishments include competing in a bikini fitness competition, completing multiple Tough Mudder runs, I have run the Los Angeles Marathon twice, and multiple half marathons over the years.
I create fitness plans and provide nutritional counseling based on client’s fitness level and their individual goals. Workouts are constantly changed so clients are never bored doing the same workout. My goal is to have each client enjoy their workout and to create a sustainable long-term plan. I specialize in functional training, strength training, and help women to lose weight and body fat.
