Jameson Badi
ACE GFI (Group Fitness Instructor)
In progress: CSCS (NSCA)
I obtained my Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Cal State Northridge where I also first started my career as a trainer/coach. During my undergrad, I became heavily involved in a student-led organization that provided free exercise classes to various communities in Los Angeles county. I also worked as student instructor, teaching Exercise Physiology on my last three semesters. After graduating, I spent two years working at a Physical Therapy clinic as a Trainer and Aide. Being able to work alongside Physical Therapists influenced my style of training and further improved my knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Over the years, these opportunities allowed me to work with people from various backgrounds and really solidified my passion for the field
As a trainer, I understand the importance of proper progression and execution of exercises. I am proud to say that in my three years of training, I have helped clients in achieving their goals in Weight Loss/Gain, Strength and Conditioning Training, Post-Rehab Training, and Balance/Gait (Elderly)
